Variation of the radio index F10.7 over its recorded history, which began in 1947. As a crude measure of cycle length, this plot locates each cycle by noting when this index passes through 80 SFU (one SFU is 10-22 W/m2. The four (going on five) cycles that we have seen this way have different lengths, and the current interval (shown in red) is not particularly distinguished. We will need to check back in 2010, though!
