Solar Activity
Solar activity this week was moderate with 3 M class flares. There are currently 10 active regions on the Sun, 6 of these will rotate over the limb within the next 48 hours. However AR 11618, which has produced a number of C and M class flares over the last 24 hours is currently in the center of the disk. STEREO B shows one further active region which will rotate onto the disk in the next few days.
