Solar Activity

After a burst of activity at the beginning of last week, the Sun went quiet again. Then started spurting C-class flares, and an M-flare. RHESSI saw all of the latter, which was located near the limb. This string of flare originated from an AR that is near the West limb, i.e. will soon rotate beyond the limb.

How many GOES flares occurred?

  Flares above B, C, M, X class were     19     0     0     0
And how many of these are listed in the RHESSI flare list?
  Flares above B, C, M, X class were     13     0     0     0
And how many had EXCELLENT coverage?
  Flares above B, C, M, X class were     10     0     0     0
