Solar Activity

The Sun was quieter than last week, with fewer flares overall and no M flares. There are five AR on the disk now, with two about to rotate off.

 Flares above B, C, M, X class were 6 23 0 0

And how many of these are listed in the RHESSI flare list?

 Flares above B, C, M, X class were 5 16 0 0

And how many had EXCELLENT coverage?

 Flares above B, C, M, X class were 3 7 0 0

Memory

The SSR fill level indicated 0% at the end of the daily pass sets during this week. (Current decimation scheme: Norm/Vig. No rear data taken during eclipse.)

Data Gaps

There were no gaps in monitor rates.

Detector issues

Detector 3 fast rates have been high for awhile, but they are now high enough to cause a noticeable reduction in livetime. There were a few very small spikes in this detector, mostly upon exiting the SAA or eclipse, and there were no other obvious spikes or noise.
